Good deal on garden seat

I was looking for a garden kneeler and seat for ages, and this one popped up during their seasonal sale. I grabbed it with the newsletter sign-up discount, which was a nice extra saving. It felt worth the purchase, especially with the money off. Delivery was a bit slower than I'd hoped, took about 8 days to get here.

Reliable for garden essentials

I've ordered from Coopers of Stortford a few times now, mainly for garden stuff. This time I got a new garden kneeler and seat, and some solar garden lights. Like my previous orders, everything arrived well-packaged and was exactly as described. They're consistently good for practical items, which is why I keep coming back when I need something for the house or garden.

Good quality, fast shipping

Bought a cordless vacuum. It arrived quickly, took 3 days to reach Austin. Works well. Good quality for the price. Happy with the purchase.

Reliable for garden bits

This was my third time ordering from Coopers, and they're consistently good for garden stuff. This time I got some solar garden lights and a few plant supports. Everything arrived well-packaged, just like my previous orders for the telescopic hedge shears and compost bin. The lights work well, and the plant supports are sturdy enough. I appreciate that what you see online is usually what you get. Their delivery speed is always around the 5-7 day mark for me, which is predictable. I do wish they'd update their tracking more frequently, as it can be a bit vague sometimes. Still, I'll keep coming back for their range of practical items.

Mixed feelings on delivery, good product

I bought a set of telescopic hedge shears. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, no issues there. Delivery, however, was a bit slow; it took nearly a week to get to me in Florida, which felt a bit long. When they finally arrived, the shears themselves were good quality, sturdy and easy to use. I had a quick question about assembly, and customer support was helpful and responded within a day. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product's performance, but the shipping time could definitely be improved for a better experience. They have some unique items.

Solid pet bed, delivery OK

I ordered one of their pet beds for my cat, and it's pretty decent quality for the price. The material seems durable, and she took to it right away. The website was easy enough to navigate, though I did have a little trouble finding the specific dimensions of the bed at first. Delivery was standard, got it within a week, which is fine. Customer service wasn't needed, everything arrived as expected. Overall, a good experience, just wish product details were a tad clearer.

Good for garden stuff

I grabbed some solar garden lights the other week, and they're pretty neat. They light up the path nicely at night. Delivery took about 5 days, which was fine, not super fast but not too slow either. Overall, a decent buy.

Always a smooth experience

I needed new garden clogs and a bird feeder. The website was easy to navigate as usual, and checkout was quick. My order shipped promptly, and everything arrived within a few days. The clogs are comfortable, and the bird feeder is already a hit with the local birds. I've always found their products to be good value, and the service reliable. It's why I've used them for years; never had a bad experience with Coopers of Stortford.
